This service is tailored to the needs of the Landlord. We can provide full management, which is an all
inclusive service covering everything from Lettings through to Rent Collection and Maintenance or any
element of the full service. For properties located in the UK, we work with a network of local Lettings
agents to find Tenants using our referencing protocols as we find the local connection helps to assess
the suitability of the tenant - a key factor which determines success in residential investment. We have
our own network of contractors who cover the UK and enable us to provide a nationwide service. Our
Management Services are supported by a 24 hour tenant helpline which links into our contractor network
ensuring any emergencies or major problems in client properties are dealt with as and when they arise,
often minimising property damage. We provide Management services to both Residential and Student Landlords. - Block Management
This service is designed for Owners and Shareholders of the Management Companies associated with Blocks of Apartments. This service is focused primarily on the Isle of Man and currently supports a wide range of clients in Douglas, Onchan, Port St Mary and Port Erin. The service is tailored to the needs of the client and can include some or all of the following:
24 hour call centre service- Experienced and knowledgeable advice
- Management of accounts by ACCA CAT qualified staff
- Preparation of service charge budgets
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Payment of regular suppliers and other contractors
- Overseeing larger planned works
- Handling property insurance
- Liaising with Advocates during property sales
- Arranging routine and preventative maintenance
- Project Management
This service is focused upon building works, refurbishments and programmes of maintenance. In recent years, members of the team have project managed building works to a value in excess of £1,000,000 on the Isle of Man and £750,000 on numerous projects across the United Kingdom. In all occasions the team focuses on negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best price and specification delivered in a timescale which meets the needs of the client. At present the team are working on two projects in the Isle of Man which will be managed and delivered in 2012.
