Our expertise and experience is focussed primarily in the UK residential markets, although laterly key members of the team have managed residential projects on the Isle of Man.

Our extensive range of services covers all aspects of the residential marketplace, therefore, we believe we are able to tailor our services to meet your particular needs.

  • Property Finding
    This activity relates to sourcing UK investment properties for our clients. These properties are typically individual houses or student related properties. The sourcing service includes the identification of potential properties, negotiating the best price, preparing a financial assessment and if the acquisition proceeds managing the purchase process with lawyers, surveyors and if necessary contractors to prepare the house for lettings.
  • Relocation Sourcing
    This service can save precious time and effort for people relocating to the Isle of Man. We work independently from the Islands Estate Agents and therefore can view and prepare a “nuts and bolts” review of a property or properties to save time in the future. In doing so seek to ensure an honest appraisal of a property is provided. The review includes photo’s of the property which would not feature in the agents sales particular, comments on space and light in each room, location and potential positives and negatives. Overall, we believe this enables our clients to make better use of their time when they come to view properties by already having a shortlist which truly meets their needs.
  • Property Management
    This service is tailored to the needs of the Landlord. We can provide full management, which is an all inclusive service covering everything from Lettings through to Rent Collection and Maintenance or any element of the full service. For properties located in the UK, we work with a network of local Lettings agents to find Tenants using our referencing protocols as we find the local connection helps to assess the suitability of the tenant - a key factor which determines success in residential investment. We have our own network of contractors who cover the UK and enable us to provide a nationwide service. Our Management Services are supported by a 24 hour tenant helpline which links into our contractor network ensuring any emergencies or major problems in client properties are dealt with as and when they arise, often minimising property damage.
  • Student Lettings
    We offer this service through our Student Accommodation portal www.uniliving.co.uk which we are growing to become one of the principle Student Accommodation search sites in the UK. At present this service is free to Landlords and their Agents and enables property details including photos and key features to be uploaded onto the website. Prospective Tenants can search the site by location and property type / size and if these potential tenants are interested the site directs them to contact the relevant Landlord or Agent.
  • Project Management
    This service is focussed upon building works, refurbishments and programmes of maintenace. In the last four years, members of the team have project managed building works to a value in excess of £1,000,000 on the Isle of Man and £750,000 on numerous projects across the United Kingdom. In all occassions the team focus on negotating with suppliers to achieve the best price and specification delivered in a timescale which meets the needs of the client.
